Overview 

x360Recover Manager 7.07 includes enhancements to reporting accuracy, Geo+ behavior, billing, and API capabilities, along with bug fixes that improve data consistency and day-to-day usability for MSPs.

Web‑Based File & Folder Recovery (FFR) Download Link in x360Recover Manager (RMC)
The download link requires an Org User to authenticate and obtain an authentication token that can be shared with end clients to download data.

Web FFR can be initiated through the Recovery Wizard found on the Dashboard, from the protected system sidebar, and on other RMC pages.

Richer AutoVerify Results via Public API

AutoVerify detail results are now included in the Public API endpoints, enabling partners and integrations to better understand verification status and results programmatically.

Details added to endpoints:

  • system boot check result: passed or failed, start/end timestamp
  • heartbeat result: passed or failed, start/end timestamp
  • VSS Check result: passed or failed, start/end timestamp
  • Disk Filesystem Check result: passed or failed, start/end timestamp

Endpoints updated to include new details:

Enhanced Billing Support for NAS Devices

Added billing support for NAS devices that provides more accurate usage tracking and billing alignment for environments protecting NAS workloads via proxy agent for D2C. 
Note: This feature relies on enhancements coming in Recover 17.6.

Improved Billing Data Accuracy for Integration

Updates to the Axcient billing integration improve data consistency by aligning Fair Use reporting with Salesforce IDs, helping ensure more accurate billing and reporting downstream.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Geo+ replication details were not updated correctly after converting a protected system between Appliance and D2C.
  • Fixed an issue where Geo+ could become disabled on a protected machine after appliance-level Geo+ inheritance was turned off.
  • Fixed internal snapshot handling to ensure timestamps are processed and displayed consistently.
