Overview 

Backup For Files (BFF) Portal 2.39.2 is a hotfix release. The primary focus of this release is to improve ConnectWise ticketing integration and fix known errors.

Summary of changes 

• Ticket title length sent from BFF is limited to 100 symbols (ConnectWise restriction)
• Error log now contains full error messages, making it easier to find the root cause of the problem
