It is very important that all customers be aware of planned downtime or unexpected outages.
To deliver that information, a notification bar now appears across the top of each page in the RMC.
Updated in real-time, the color-coded expandable notification bar provides up-to-date information on scheduled maintenance and outages.
The maintenance notification bar appears in orange:
The outage notification bar appears in red:
You can review a history of past maintenance and outage notifications by clicking on the REPORTS tab of the dashboard:
Once inside the Reports tab, filter your report by the type of event (outage, maintenance or all). Then filter by the start and end date:
When you run the report, you will see results based on the filter you applied:
