Problem: Registration failed because the Web Application did not find the appliance.
Cause: The Web Application cannot identify or locate the configured IP address of the Axcient appliance.
Solution: If the Axcient appliance has been up since the user changed the IP from 192.168.100.1 to the new IP address, the first IP might be cached on the router/switch.
Reboot the appliance, which should register the NIC card’s MAC address on the router/switch with the new IP.
