Improvements

Ability to launch OneDrive or SharePoint data browser from the Accounts page

The ability to browse backed up data is widely used during the recovery process. In this version we are adding an option to easily navigate to OneDrive or SharePoint browser from the Accounts menu, where users typically begin their data recovery journey.

Fixes

  • Fixed the issue when the system was showing source system timestamp instead of backup date for Email folders in Search results.
  • Fixed the issue when "Issue Title" link was not opening dialog with issue detail for some failed objects on the Object Backup Status page.
  • Fixed the issue when a hint text was not fully visible in a field of the restore dialog.
  • Fixed issue when backup status was "Failed" instead of "Partial" in the scenario when just one Microsoft 365 Mailbox folder was not available for fetching.
  • Fixed the issue when selecting a single object in Object Backup Status report was sometimes selecting multiple other objects.
  • Fixed the issue when certain failed OneDrive objects were not reported in Object Backup Status.
  • Fixed the issue when backup status of Microsoft Team remained to be partial after the failed channel post was retried and successfully backed up.
  • Optimized and added additional retries to Gmail backup procedure for big mailboxes that helped large mailboxes backups to complete successfully.
  • Fixed the issue when certain large SharePoint exports were failing.
  • Fixed the issue when restoration of a historical version of OneDrive file put the file into a wrong folder/path.
  • Fixed the issue when backed up label was missing in the restored Microsoft 365 contacts.
  • Fixed for the issue where the selected point-in-time was disregarded and extra data from the folder was restored in the SharePoint browser.

Known issues

  • Backup is failing for some OneDrive and SharePoint files that were deleted and then restored from the recycle bin, causing certain Microsoft 365 OneDrive and SharePoint backups to report a "Partial" status. This is due to a permissions issue related to Microsoft advisory SP1177145. According to Microsoft, the root cause has been resolved, but there is not yet a permanent, completed fix for all previously impacted items; remediation is ongoing. If you are affected, please open a support ticket with the user's OneDrive URL for further guidance by our support team.
