Fixes
- Fixed an issue where Gmail backups were failing when the Gmail service was not enabled for a user. In this scenario, the backup status is now correctly reported as “Unavailable.”
- Fixed an issue where Gmail restores were failing for some emails due to an internal x360Cloud error.
- Improved retry mechanisms for Microsoft 365 calendar backups, enhancing overall backup stability.
Known issues
- Backup is failing for some OneDrive and SharePoint files that were deleted and then restored from the recycle bin, causing certain Microsoft 365 OneDrive and SharePoint backups to report a "Partial" status. This is due to a permissions issue related to Microsoft advisory SP1177145. According to Microsoft, the root cause has been resolved, but there is not yet a permanent, completed fix for all previously impacted items; remediation is ongoing. If you are affected, please refer to the workaround instructions in Partial Backup for Microsoft 365 OneDrive and SharePoint data or contact our support team for assistance.
