Axcient Security Compliance Overview
As part of ConnectWise’s ongoing commitment to data security and compliance, they have recently expanded their capabilities by acquiring Axcient™ to strengthen their existing suite of Data Protection offerings.
This article provides a link to the Whistic profile that includes Axcient™ products, known as “Data Protection”.
The Whistic profile provides access to
- third-party attestations (SOC 2)
- Certificate of Insurance
- completed industry standard questionnaires (CAIQ)
- an assurance center that includes a summary of controls along with additional security information.

Note: You must request access to the ConnectWise “Data Protection” Whistic profile before you can review our security documentation. After your access is confirmed, you must reconfirm the security information NDA annually. Data Protection (including Axcient™) Compliance Reports
1. Navigate to ConnectWise Data Protection Profile.
2. Log in to your Whistic profile.
3. Review and download SOC 2, ISO 27001, CAIQ documentation in the Audits and Certifications section for the following Data Protection solutions:
- x360Recover
- x360Cloud
- x360Sync
- Cloud Backup
- SaaS Security

How to Request Access
- Follow the link below to view the profile for the product or solution you want compliance information for.
- Create an account. For a step-by-step guide to accessing a Whistic profile, please refer to Whistic's Support article for more information.
- Requests require approval to access. When processed, you receive an email inviting you to view the Whistic profile.
- Complete registration and agree to the conditions of the Whistic profile, such as an NDA and Privacy Policy. The NDA must be reviewed and renewed annually to maintain access to ConnectWise compliance documentation.
- Download the profile from the ConnectWise Whistic Profile page.
