 Support Page 

  1. Sort cases by four types: All, Technical, Billing or Services 
  2. Display Active or Closed cases.
  3. Search by subject.  (Case ID search is inactive.)
  4. Identify the case source by the first letter of the case ID:  [Z = Zendesk]  or  [S = SalesForce]

Request Details page 

  1. More case information displayed
  2. Link to ClickTools survey (for some products)
  3. Request Closure button added.
