Support Page
- Sort cases by four types: All, Technical, Billing or Services
- Display Active or Closed cases.
- Search by subject. (Case ID search is inactive.)
- Identify the case source by the first letter of the case ID: [Z = Zendesk] or [S = SalesForce]

- More case information displayed
- Link to ClickTools survey (for some products)
- Request Closure button added.
