Overview
Please follow these instructions to use Azure/Login with Microsoft SSO for the Axcient Partner Portal at http://partner.axcient.com
1. Go to the Axcient Partner Portal login page at https://partner.axcient.com
2. Click the Login with Microsoft button.
3. Click Accept for MSO365 permissions
4. Click Link to an existing user
5. After linking your account, you will be redirected back to the Partner Portal logon page.
Please log on using the standard user/password/MFA steps to complete the process.
6. Log out of the portal and then you will be able to login using SSO via the 'Login with Microsoft' button.
PLEASE NOTE: The initial logon and acceptance of the Axcient SSO app for your organization must be done using an Azure/MS admin-level email address/account. That same account must also have a corresponding Axcient Partner Portal account using the same address.
- In order for an individual to use the Azure/Login with Microsoft option for their Axcient Partner Portal login, an Axcient Partner Portal admin must first create a user account for them in the Axcient Partner Portal with an email address that matches an active MSO365 account.

EXAMPLE: For a user with Azure/MS email, jdoe@abcxyz.com, an Axcient Portal admin must log in and then create a user with the necessary role and settings by going to > x360Portal Dashboard > Users > Create User > username:jdoe@abcxyz.com .
