Use ConnectWise SSO to log in to x360Portal

Introduction

This guide walks you through using the ConnectWise Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in to Axcient’s x360Portal. 

To use ConnectWise SSO, you must have (a) an existing Axcient x360 account and (b) an existing ConnectWise Home account. If you do not have an existing ConnectWise Home account, you will be given an opportunity to set one up during this process.

Prerequisites

  • An Axcient x360 account.
  • A ConnectWise Home account (or the ability to set one up.)

Step-by-Step instructions

1. Log in to the x360Portal

Go to the x360Portal login page
You will see a button labeled Login with ConnectWise SSO.

Click the 'Login with ConnectWise SSO' button"

  • If you already have a ConnectWise Home account, enter your credentials to log in.
  • If you do not already have a ConnectWise Home account, you will be prompted to create one by using the Sign Up link:

2. Create a ConnectWise Home account (If needed):

If you do not have a ConnectWise Home account:

  • Follow the prompts to register your company for ConnectWise Home.
  • After registration, you must verify your email before you can log in.

3. Log in using your ConnectWise Home account

Once you have verified your ConnectWise Home account (or if you already had one), enter your ConnectWise Home account credentials on the ConnectWise login screen.

4. Link your ConnectWise and x360 accounts during the first visit

After logging into your ConnectWise Home account for the first time, you will be redirected back to the x360Portal login page.

  • Here, log in with your x360Portal credentials and click the Link to an existing user button. This will link your ConnectWise Home account to your Axcient x360 account.

  • On subsequent logins, after your accounts are linked, you'll be allowed to use ConnectWise SSO to seamlessly log into your x360Portal.
