• The GUI will only show the device if it is formatted NTFS.  
• The OS handles the mounting of the USB devices to /media, the GUI filters the /media for NTFS USB devices.  
• Please note that many SATA to USB converters pass the disks through as sata and not usb. In this case, you will need to use a device that is not an enclosure or docking station.  
• All USB devices being used for seeding or exporting on the appliance or vault must be formated NTFS
