To collect desktop client dump files:

1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\Temp. 
2. Collect the Agent.dmp file.

To collect desktop client service dump files:

1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\SysWOW64.
2. Double click to launch taskmgr.
3. In the Process tab, right-click agent_service.exe *32 and select Create Dump File.
4. You will find the agent_service.DMP dump file in the following location:
   C:\Users\[Computer Name]\App Data\Local\Temp
   
   Note: You might have to type or copy the C:\Users\[Computer Name]\App Data\Local\Temp path into Windows Explorer.

To collect desktop client gui dump files:

1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\SysWOW64.
2. Double click to launch taskmgr.
3. In the Process tab, right-click agent_gui.exe *32 and select Create Dump File.
4. You will find the agent_gui.DMP dump file in the following location:
   C:\Users\[Computer Name]\App Data\Local\Temp
   
   Note: You might have to type or copy the C:\Users\[Computer Name]\App Data\Local\Temp path into Windows Explorer.
