Improvements
Improved reporting for Object Backup Status
We've released improvements to the object-level backup status report and this report is now available for all new organizations created in x360Cloud.
If the backup of a single object (email, calendar event, contact or a file) fails constantly during a 24 hour period, the backup status of the respective user account shows as Partial. This type of container backup failure then results in an organization backup status of Partial (even when other users have been backed up successfully).
All failed objects are now shown in the Object backup status report with their current status.
To help users better understand the problem object (and what went wrong with the backup process for it), new columns have been added to the table:
1. Title: Depending on the object type, this column indicates an email subject, file name, contact full name or calendar event title.
2. Account: This column will show the email address of the account, the SharePoint site URL or the shared drive ID which the object belongs to in the source system.
3. Issue title: This column reflects the nature of the problem which occurred while backing up the object. It can be:
- Internal x360Cloud error.
- Microsoft 365 GraphAPI error.
- Google Workspace API error.
To see more information on the issue, click the link in the “Issue title” column.
The following dialog with more details on the issue will open:
The Error Detail section will display the raw error which occurred during the object backup.
You can refer to that raw error when you are escalating the backup issue to our Axcient Support team.

Fixes
- Fixed the issue where backups for Google Sites data got stuck in the In Progress status.
- Fixed the issue with a system mistakenly treating Archive Mailboxes that are disabled in Microsoft 365 as active (and attempting to back them up.)
- Fixed the issue when backup is failing for Microsoft 365 mail with multiple files of different formats in attachments.
- Fixed the issue when the system is treating Google Workspace mailboxes with disabled IMAP for Labels in a user’s Gmail settings as “Unavailabe” for backup. Added proper error handling and backup status resolution to “Failed”.
- Improvements for Microsoft 365 Calendar and SharePoint backup stability.
Known Issues
- “Download list as CSV File” link for downloading a list of accounts with failed backup is not working.
- When folders are partially selected and restored in x360Cloud Browser, each folder is processed as a separate restoration and is restored to a separate target folder in the target location.
- Smart Search shows incorrect number of matching results for Mail when using “Filter by collection”.
- Descriptions for some issues and backup progress are not shown in the container-level downloadable backup report and on the Reports page.
- Archive emails are restored in a separate (timestamped) target folder when restored with general emails.
