New features
Microsoft 365 contacts export to PST
Earlier we introduced the ability for a user to export Microsoft 365 Mail data to a PST (Personal Storage Table) file.
In this version, we've introduced the ability to export Microsoft 365 Contact data to a PST file.
STEP 1. To launch data exportation, select the user whose mailbox data you want to export by clicking that User Name on the Accounts organization-level page:
STEP 2. Click the Export user data button in the side bar to begin the exportation process.
STEP 3. Select which services data needs to be exported and click the Export button to confirm the operation.
You can find more details about the Export feature and guidelines on how to
- monitor export progress
- read export status
- download exported data
- see PST contents

Improvements
Restoration of data from an Archive Mailbox
In a scenario when all backed up Archive Mailbox data needs to be restored, you can now:
- navigate to the archive mailboxes list under the Accounts page,
- select the respective archive mailbox and
- initiate restoration of data by clicking the “Restore archive mailbox” button (which we recently added to the side bar)
I
mproved Google Workspace mail data restoration mechanics.
In this version we improved Gmail data restoration reliability and performance by leveraging more modern Google APIs that provide higher data throughut. In result of this improvement users will experience significantly faster recovery times for large Google mail data sets.
Fixes
- Fix for the root cause of the issue when Email data becomes missing in Email Browser after email address is changed on Microsoft 365 side. Data reconciliation for impacted end user accounts and a fix for analogous OneDrive problem is coming in future releases.
- Fixes for markup defects on Accounts/Users page including in its mobile view.
- Fix for Microsoft 365 OneDrive backup failures due to errors when fetching a root folder.
- Fix for Google Drive backup failures that were sometimes happening due to “quota limit exceeded” errors.
- Improved Microsoft SharePoint URL validation, allowing a user to correct invalid SharePoint URL when entering it to the system.
Known Issues
- Browsing and Search Results do not display all data backed up for a user container registered in result of email address change on Microsoft 365 side.
- When folders are partially selected and restored in x360Cloud Browser, each folder is processed as a separate restoration and is restored to a separate target folder in the target location.
- Smart Search shows incorrect number of matching results for Mail when using “Filter by collection”.
- Descriptions for some issues and backup progress are not shown in the container-level downloadable backup report and on the Reports page.
- Archive emails are restored in a separate (timestamped) target folder when restored with general emails.
