Data exported to PST is now reflected in the Audit Log
As a reseller, you can view a list of historical user and system activities by reviewing the respective tabs under the reseller-level or organization-level Audit Log page.
In version 3.59.0 we added export-related user activity events to be tracked in the Audit Log, for example when user initiates an export or downloads exported data.
In this release, we have added the following export-related system activity events to be tracked:
- Export was initiated
- Export completed
- Export completed partially
- Export failed
For each of these export-related system activity events, the email address (of the user account whose data was exported) is referenced in the “Container” field.
To learn more on how to initiate an export, download a PST and its contents file or other details, please see Export Microsoft 365 user mailbox data to a PST file.

Known issues
- Browsing and search results do not display all data backed up for a user container registered as a result of an email address change on the Microsoft 365 side.
- When folders are partially selected and restored in x360Cloud Browser, each folder is processed as a separate restoration and is restored to a separate target folder in the target location.
- Smart Search shows an incorrect number of matching results for Mail when using “Filter by collection”.
- Descriptions for some issues and backup progress are not shown in the container-level downloadable backup report and on the Reports page.
- Archive emails are restored in a separate (timestamped) target folder when restored with general emails.
