Improvements
We've Improved the message when OneDrive data cannot be restored to the selected target user
The restore status dialog has been updated to cover an additional possible scenario behind the inability to restore the data: when OneDrive service has not yet been provisioned for a new user by Microsoft 365 because the user has never logged in to OneDrive.
Fixes
- Fixed the issue when the system is trying to onboard (i.e. run an initial backup) for Archive Mailbox containers that do not exist or are not enabled on Microsoft 365. The pop-up “Unavailable” status will be set for these mailboxes in the new version and the system will stop backing them up in the next release.
- Fixed the issue with incorrect restored objects count shown for restores that were retried by users.
- Fixed the issue with the backup status icon markup defect in Firefox browsers.
- Fixed the issue when “Exclude object” did not exclude Archive Mailbox email from the next backup attempt.
- Fixed the issue when the “Select all on the page” function and “Selected objects count” shown on the “Object backup status” page did not work correctly when navigating and selecting objects on different pages.
- Fixed issue with the system sometimes reporting non-zero “failed objects count” in the downloadable organization backup status report.
- Fixed the issue with organization’s "Protected Users" and "Data Protected" statistics displayed out of column for legacy multi-provider organizations.
- Backup stability and performance
- Improved stability and performance of backups resulting from optimizations at the system’s database layer.
- Fixed the issue when email backup was failing due to “The property 'Importance' was not found for 'MessageType' item” error from Microsoft 365, making the system capture the email without the “Importance” field.
- Fixed issue when email backup was failing with “The recurrence format wasn't valid” error returned by Microsoft 365.
Known Issues
- When folders are partially selected and restored in x360Cloud Browser, each folder is processed as a separate restoration and is restored to a separate target folder in the target location.
- Smart Search shows incorrect number of matching results for Mail when using “Filter by collection”.
- Descriptions for some issues and backup progress are not shown in the container-level downloadable backup report and on the Reports page.
- Archive emails are restored in a separate (timestamped) target folder when restored with general emails.
