Improvements
New x360Cloud Public API endpoints
Previously, to feed information from x360Cloud into 3rd party dashboards using x360Cloud Public API, partners required to fetch information about protected users by iterating through each their organization. With this release we introduce new Public API endpoints capable of returning a paginated list of all users or shared resources (like SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams) from all client organizations in one request:

Updates
Update to the billable SKUs list
Our goal is to ensure your partner experience is consolidated and simple. To keep the simplicity, we are aligning x360Cloud billing with Microsoft/Google billable SKUs.
To that end, we recently updated our billable SKUs/license types to match Google and Microsoft:
Fixes
- Removed friction in the user experience with PSA companies mapping when PSA contains thousands of companies.
- Fixed the issue when backup for Google mailboxes was sometimes taking too long due to 'Rate limit exceeded' errors coming from Gmail API.
- Fixed issue when MS Team backup fails in case MS is sending a Team message with an empty ID.
- Fixed issue when OneDrive file restore was failing when user opts to restore Sharing Permissions but sharing link in the file metadata is missing a user email address.
Known issues
- When both individually selected objects and search results within a folder are selected for restoration in x360Cloud Browser, each group - individually selected objects and each set of search results are processed as a separate restoration. As result, they are restored to separate target folders in within the specified target location.
- Archive emails are restored in a separate (timestamped) target folder when restored with general emails.
