Take a tour of the RMC
As an x360Recover partner, you have access to the Remote Management Console (RMC), a single-pane-of-glass platform for all your x360Recover tools.
Walk through the various features of the Remote Management Console (RMC).
Key features of the Remote Management Console (RMC) include:
Single-pane-of-glass BDR Monitoring: You can monitor your entire x360Recover BDR fleet from the RMC console. RMC Dashboards provide a quick summary of your local Appliances, Axcient cloud and private Vaults, and the health status of your clients’ servers and workstations protected by x360Recover (including Direct-to-Cloud). Color-coded health status indicators help you easily identify issues with ongoing data protection and allow you to take immediate action to eliminate the risk of data loss.
SLA Alerting Thresholds: RMC SLA alerting allows you to detect potential violations of service-level agreements with your clients. You can customize data protection thresholds based on your recovery point objective (RPO) or choose to leave the default threshold settings. The RMC will trigger alerts when your devices fall out of protection thresholds. These alerts are accessible through the RMC console only; email notifications are out of scope for this phase.
Daily health digests: These concise, one-page reports are emailed daily and provide at-a-glance information on the health status of your clients and their devices.
Usage Summary Reports: RMC offers a variety of reporting options for you to monitor Direct-to-Cloud and x360Recover BDR usage. Report options include Direct-To-Cloud and client usage summary, appliance summary, and private and Axcient Cloud vault summaries.
