The macOS agent is now available to all Axcient partners

Features include: 

  • File and folder (mount) recovery via web browser and FTP
  • Backups for Direct-to-Cloud and appliance-based systems
  • Endpoint Manager support
  • Automated agent upgrades with no system reboot required for the agent

New! Public APIs

Ready to take advantage of x360Portal public APIs?

 Join a call with Axcient’s Product team and find about our Public APIs:  how to get started, and what is on the roadmap leading to general availability

 Other new features in Q2:

  • Optional system tray icon for protected systems was released with agent.2.41
  • Linux for RedHat/CentOS is now in general availability
  • The new recovery wizard for RMC is out to all partners. You can now do file and folder, VHD exports, and FTPS support
  • We've completed updates to the RMC dashboard, and we'll be adding AutoVerify results with BootVM screenshots

Coming up in Q3:

  • We'll be adding geo-redundancy for protected systems in North America.  This allows you to include additional redundancy by replicating from one regional datacenter to another location.

Changes in our Support email

 Did you know...? 

  • 70% of cases submitted via our chat feature are resolved in less than 30 minutes?
  • Support cases opened via our web portal are resolved 23% faster than cases opened via email?

Based on those results (and your feedback), we will be removing the ability to open new support cases via email on June 30th. (Of course, you can still use email to communicate with Axcient Support Technicians once the case is opened - this change is strictly limited to submitting cases via email.)
