Axcient™, a ConnectWise company can provide a hard drive for seeding your backup data to the Axcient cloud.  Please open a new Support case in the x360Portal, partner.axcient.com, and provide the information below to request a drive.

Order a Preload Seed Drive

To order a preload seed drive for non-x360Recover orders: 

1. Login to x360Portal.
2. Navigate to Support on the left-hand navigation.
3. Select Support Cases in the Request Type drop-down.
4. Select the desired product from the Product drop-down.
5. Specify the desired username in the Affected Username field.
6. Enter Preload Drives for [Insert Object] in the Subject field.
7. In the Description field, specify the following:
   1. Drive Size (4TB, 6TB, 8TB, 12TB, 16TB. 20TB, 24TB)
   2. Preload Data Type: BFF, Veeam Cloud, ShadowProtect Cloud, Rapid Recovery Cloud
   3. Partner Username and Target Information: BFF username, AA Core name, SP/VE Vault and Tenant name
   4. Shipping Contact: Name and Company name
   5. Shipping Details: 
      • Street Address (Including suite number, unit number, etc.)
      • City
      • State
      • Zip
      • Contact Email
      • Contact Phone Number
   6. Specify Shipping Method:
      • Ground Round Trip Shipping – Free
      • 2-Day Round Trip Shipping – 100$USD
      • Overnight Round-Trip Shipping – 200$USD
