- Make sure the appliance/vault being changed has network and internet connectivity.
- Log in to the appliance web-UI.
- Delete all protected systems in the appliance (This can take 5 to 10 minutes or more to process.)
NOTE: You are deleting all backup sets. - Open a ticket with Axcient Support requesting a factory reset of this device.
In the details of the ticket, include the customer, location and system ID of the device to be reset.
Note: To enable Axcient support access to the device, please ensure that Remote Assist is enabled (a) on this device and (b) on the Management Portal.
