Overview 

The Protected System Details page displays a complete view of the health status and summaries of your protected devices.

Navigate to the Protected System Details page

From the Recover Manager Health Dashboard 

  1. Select a protected system, which will launch the health dashboard sidebar
  2. Click the expand icon in the sidebar to open the Protected System Details page.

From the Devices page 

From the Devices list, navigate to the Protected Systems Details page by clicking on the desired Protected System name.

What’s included in the Protected System Details page?

Action panelsThese are actions you can take at the protected system level.

Recovery Wizard: Initiate a recovery using the Recovery Wizard for the specific protected system. You can recover files or folders, run a virtual machine in the Axcient virtual office, export a virtual disk, or perform an Azure direct restore. 

Run AutoVerify: Run a Cloud AutoVerify job for the protected system. 

Enable\Disable Geo+: Enable or disable Geo+, Axcient geo-redundancy functionality for the specified protected system.

Alert Settings: Manage alerts for the protected systems. Create custom alert thresholds for this device. Note: Doing so will override the default thresholds set at the organization level

Device Details—This panel displays summary information for the protected system, including when the device was added, operating system, hostname or IP, Axcient package, and agent version.

Protection Summary—This panel shows the number of days defined for the SLA threshold. That threshold is used for this protected system's local and cloud jobs when determining health status and alerting

Axcient Cloud Storage Summary— This panel shows the percentage of cloud storage consumed by this device.

Job History panel:

The panel includes status of all the protected systems’ job history, including job type, and completed timestamp. Clicking into the job status will give users additional details about the job.

Device Summary Message—If the device is troubled or has warnings, this banner will display with a health status.

Health Status History - Last 30 Days — This graph shows a history of device health over 30 days. Each day is represented with a color: red for troubled, yellow for warnings, and green for healthy.

Local Storage Summary—This panel shows the percentage of local storage consumed by this device. This is only applicable to protected systems backing up to a BDR appliance.

AutoVerify—This is a summary of the latest AutoVerify results for the protected system including BootVM screenshot, restore point that was tested, and completion timestamp.

Geo+ Summary—This is a summary of your protected systems’ Geo+ status, include whether its enabled or disabled. If enabled, you will see information regarding the protected system’s last primary restore, last redundant restore point, and instructions on how to recover. 

 Local Cache Summary—This panel shows the status of protected system’s local cache; if it is enabled or disabled, the latest status, last check information, and the path of the local cache.
