Overview
In some instances, when you are installing the x360Sync Server, you might be prompted to enter a password.
Troubleshooting Steps
If you are prompted for a password when installing the x360Sync Server, please make sure of the following:
- You are running the installer as a local machine admin (not tied to a domain at all).
- You run the installer as an Administrator (right-click the installer and select Run As Administrator).
- You do not have a PostgreSQL database already installed.
