1. Open https://licensing.x360Recover.com in a browser.
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter your Reseller Username and Email address.
4. After you click Submit, you will see a message in red text.
5. Check your email for a message similar to the one shown below.
6. Return to https://licensing.x360Recover.com
Use your reseller username and this new password.
7. When you click Submit, the Reset Password screen appears.
Enter the desired new password.
You will see a confirmation that the password has been reset in red text just below the submit button and then you will be logged into the licensing portal.
