Hung replication on an appliance- x360Recover

If the replication is hung, the first thing to do is to restart the appliance. 

  • Log into the appliance > settings > shut down and reboot.
  • Allow it to reboot.
  • Give it about an hour for replication to restart.

If you do not see progress within 24 hours after that, please let us know.
