  • Improve backup status information for organization accounts on Reports
  • Fix issues reported by users



New filter for the organization Reports page: Filter users\sites\drives

In  version 2.28, we added backup status and troubleshooting details for organization accounts listed in an organization's Reports page, to help you more fully interpret an organization's status.

Now, we are adding one more filter for the list of organization accounts. (It can be also used for either SharePoint sites or Google Workspace shared drives).

You can now filter a particular organization account, site or drive using Filter users\sites\drives:

  • On the Users tab, select Filter users to find and list the particular end users specified in the filter. Start typing the desired end user email to receive a hint in the dropdown.


  • On the SharePoint sites tab, select Filter sites to find and list specified SharePoint sites. Start typing the desired SharePoint site URL to see the hint in the dropdown.


  • On the Shared drives tab, select Filter drives to find and list specified Google Workspace shared drives. Start typing the desired shared drive ID to display a hint in the dropdown. 


The resulting list will only contain user accounts, sites or drives selected in the filters.

Note: When several filters are set, the resulting list of users, sites or drives will contain items corresponding to the criteria in all the filters. 


  • Fixes for customer escalations and markup issues
  • Fix for date picker on the Restore dialog and Smart Search broken in Safari

Known issues

  • Descriptions for some issues are not shown in the container-level downloadable backup report and on the Reports page.
  • Duplicating entries are shown in the “Filter by issue message” on organization Reports page.
