As x360Cloud tracked account selection and de-selection from backup, it was displaying a generic “user updated settings” message in the Audit Logs.

We improved this type of log entry by adding more information about the events:

  • Container: Identifies which user account email, Google Workspace shared drive ID or Microsoft 365 SharePoint URL was selected or de-selected from backup.
  • Service: Identifies the service whose protection was selected or de-selected



  • Fixes for customer escalations and markup issues

Known issues

  • Filter by user still displays a partial number of matching objects in the counter after filters are cleared. 
  • Some issues are not shown in the container-level downloadable backup report and on the Reports page
